Linking K Ring to your bank issued card

First, log into https://mykring.com (with the email address used when purchasing your K Ring).

If you don’t know your password, please click “Having trouble logging in?” (just below the LOG IN button) to reset it.

Next, on the Welcome screen, click My Orders and follow the on-screen instructions to add your card details.

Note: Your bank may not support all card types (credit, debit, personal, business) when linking to K Ring. 

Activating your K Ring

You need to activate your K Ring before you can use it to make payments. See the section (above) for information on how your bank manages your K Ring.

An activation code will be included in the box with your K Ring.

Lost or stolen

If your wearable is lost or stolen you should block it immediately to prevent it being used. You may be able to block the wearable, or you may need to block the bank card that it is linked to.

If your K Ring stops working.

If your K Ring stops working please ensure that you have confirmed it is activated and linked to your bank card. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us for a possible return.

Block/ Unblock your K Ring

For all K Ring issued with a bank, it is possible to block and unblock the K Ring to allow payments to be made. See the section (above) for information on how your bank manages your K Ring.
