Device returns and order cancellations
If your purchase from our website (myKring.com) is not as described, fit for purpose or of unsatisfactory quality (or if you simply change your mind), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, or a replacement:

If you wish to return a device or cancel your order prior to delivery, please let us know as soon as possible by completing our Returns Form. Alternatively, you can email us at support@myKring.com or write to us at: Returns, K Wearables Ltd, Orion House, Bessemer Road, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire AL7 1HH. If you choose not to use the Returns Form, please include as much information about your order as possible in your communication to help us process your request as efficiently as possible.
You must return your device to us within 14 days of letting us know you wish to return it, or we may not accept your returned item or provide an exchange or refund.
Activated devices must be switched off before being sent back to us (log in to your account, go to Devices, then click the OFF button next to the device you wish to return).
Devices should ideally be returned along with their original presentation boxes; if you no longer have the presentation box, please use a similarly sized container for protection in transit.
When returning a device, please also include a printed copy of our Returns Form information (which we will email to you when you submit the online form) or delays may occur in processing your return.
To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, returned devices must be in good condition (i.e. not physically broken, scratched, damaged or tampered with).
You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned device while it is in the post back to us.
Returned devices may not be accepted by us:
- if sufficient information has not been included in the return package to identify the original order or customer; or
- if payment for additional postage is required.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back from you. In the event that a device is returned that was purchased using a gift card or digital voucher, the refund will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the gift card or digital voucher.
To return a device, please include a completed copy of our Returns Form in your package, along with the device's presentation box (if you still have it). If you choose not to use the Returns Form, please include as much information about your order as possible and return it to: Freepost KWL
If you purchased your device from an approved retailer, please contact them directly to discuss its return.

Gift card and digital voucher cancellations
If you've ordered a gift card from our website, and wish to cancel it, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. You do not have to state a reason for cancelling your order within 14 days of delivery. Gift cards cannot be cancelled after 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you've ordered a digital voucher from our website, and wish to cancel it, you may do so within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. You do not have to state a reason for cancelling your order within 14 days of purchase. Digital vouchers cannot be cancelled after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Gift cards or digital vouchers may only be cancelled by the original purchaser.
To cancel a gift card or digital voucher, please let us know you wish to do so by completing our Returns Form. If you choose not to use the Returns Form, please include as much information about your order as possible in your communication to help us process your cancellation as efficiently as possible.
When you have received confirmation from us that the gift card or digital voucher has been cancelled, it must be destroyed or deleted as appropriate.
Your device is warranted by K Wearables Ltd for a period of 12 months from its date of purchase.
This warranty covers electronic component, materials and manufacturing defects.
Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty, unless your device was a gift, in which case the original order number will be required.
During the warranty period, a device will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible after examination if it proves to be defective under normal everyday use.
In the case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an identical device; if your device is unavailable, a device of equal value and/or similar style will be provided.
Any replacement device will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from abuse, unauthorised modification, improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear;
- Damage from tampering, disassembly or reverse engineering of the device;
- Indirect or consequential damage resulting from defects in or malfunction of the device.
This warranty is void if the device has been damaged by factors due to anything other than defects in electronic components, materials or manufacture, or if proof of purchase cannot be proven.
