We have noted that customers trying to load their Kerv account using a card issued by Natwest Bank, RBS or Ulster Bank have experienced difficulties. This was a result of an issue between the third party that manages the card processing for Kerv and the banks mentioned.

We’re pleased to announce that this issue has now been rectified and customers using those cards may now use them for loading manually or with the new auto top-up functionality.
