K Ring is handmade in the UK using the finest materials and our own unique manufacturing techniques.
K Ring’s lustrous exterior is made from zirconia ceramic (ZrO2), a scratch-resistant technical ceramic that can’t be marked with anything short of a sapphire or a diamond. We chose zirconia ceramic for its aesthetic appeal (it feels as good as it looks!) along with the fact that it’s “invisible” to the electromagnetic pulses that pass between the ring’s chip and the contactless card reader during a transaction.
K Ring’s coloured interior band is made from hypoallergenic resin, selected for its resistance to damage, glassy finish and rich colour depth. The resin interior band is applied as a liquid, which seals the ring’s electronics to make the completed unit waterproof and dustproof.

Do not drop your K Ring!
As with any piece of jewellery or electronic equipment, your K Ring can be damaged if dropped onto a hard surface or if sufficient force is applied to it. Such mistreatment may result in surface cracks or damage to the electronic components inside.
Keep it away from diamonds!
The exterior surface of your ring is made from zirconia ceramic (ZrO2), which is extremely hard and scratch resistant – significantly more so even than titanium. However, do not bring it into contact with industrial abrasives, precious stones or diamond- or sapphire-tipped nail files – they will scratch it!
Steer clear of solvents!
Your K Ring is waterproof and can be safely cleaned with water-based household soaps and detergents. However, acetone (nail polish remover) and other solvent-based household chemicals may damage your ring’s interior band, so please remove it before using such chemicals.
Avoid electromagnetic fields!
Certain household electrical goods can generate EM fields strong enough to affect your ring’s payment chip. Avoid leaving your ring near electrical equipment (such as a radio alarm clock) for prolonged periods, or it may stop working.
Please note: the prepaid Mastercard® K Ring is currently only available to UK residents and cannot be shipped outside the UK.
We offer FREE shipping and aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 10 working days. Items made to order will be dispatched within 28 days of purchase. For pre-orders, we will update you via email with dispatch information as soon as possible.
All orders are dispatched in robust packaging that will fit through your letterbox, so you will not have to be at home to sign for it.
We will replace a device or provide a refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, once the device has been returned to us.
After this period we can only offer replacements or refunds for faulty products within warranty (see below); we cannot offer replacements or refunds for incorrectly purchased sizes or colours, nor for mistreated devices.

Your device is warranted by K Wearables Ltd for twelve months from date of purchase, covering electronic component, materials and manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty, unless your device was a gift, in which case the original order number will be required. During the warranty period, a device will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible after examination if it proves to be defective under normal everyday use. In the case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive an identical device; if your device is unavailable, a device of equal value and/or similar style will be provided. Any replacement device will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty.
